Do you want your students to participate in PRISM? Then register your school here. NB If your school participated in PRISM in a previous year then you are probably already registered and there is no need to fill in this form. If you are not sure, just look at our list of participating schools.

After you submit your registration form, you will be redirected to a thank you page and you will receive an email acknowledgement of your submission. We will email you later (within 48 hours) to confirm your registration.

Fill in details for your school and your name and email address. The fields in boldface are required. We require the school phone number so that we can contact the school to confirm the authenticity of the the registration. Phone numbers and email addresses will NEVER be revealed to any third party. We will display the name (but not the email address) of the school contact person publicly on the website.
